Ἡρακλείδῃ ἐκλήμπτορι οὐσίας τοῦ κυρίου Τιβερίου Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος παρὰ Ἀλείνης Κώμονος με τὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἑαυτῆς ἀδελφοῦ Διονυσίου τοῦ αὐτοῦ Κώμονος. ὁ ἀνήρ μου Μνησιθῆς Πετε σούχου τῶν ἐν τῇ ἀτελείᾳἀτελίᾳ τῆς προκειμένης οὐσίας ἀναγρα φόμενος ἐπὶ λαύρας Δρόμου Σαράπιδος θεοῦ μεγίστουμεγάλου ἐτελεύτησεν τῷ Καισαρείῳ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος δεκά του ἔτους Τιβερίου Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος. διὸ ἀξιῶ ἀνα γράφεσθαιἀναγράψεσθαι τοῦτον ἐν τῇ τῶν ὁμοίων τάξει ὡς καθήκει καὶ ὀμνύω Τιβέριον Κλαύδιον Καίσαρα Σεβαστὸν Γερμανικὸν Αὐτοκράτορα ἀληθῆ εἶναι τὰ προγεγραμμένα
