βασιλείας καὶ ὑπατείας τοῦ θειοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαυίου Ἰουστίνου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους ἕκτου, Ἐπεὶφ τρεισκαιδεκάτῃτρισκαιδεκάτῃ, πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος· ταύτην τὴν διάλυσιν τοῦ ῥεπουδίου τίθενται καὶ ποιοῦνται πρὸς ἀλλήλους, ἐκ μὲν τοῦ ἑνὸς μέρους Αὐρήλιος Πκῦλις υἱὸς Ἰωάννου ἐκ μητρὸς ἐκ δὲ θατέρου μέρους ια θυγάτηρ Ψᾶ μητρὸς Εὐχαριστίας, ἀμφότεροι ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν, ὁμολογοῦντες ἀλλήλοις ὡς τὰ ἑξῆς ὑποτέτακται· ἐπειδὴ πρώην συνήφθησαν ἀλλήλοις πρὸς ἔννομον γάμον καὶ βίου κοινωνίαν τέκνων σπορᾶς χάριν ἐπὶ χρησταῖς ἐλπίσινἐλπίζειν σοντες τὴν πρὸς ἀλλήλους συν βίωσιν ?, νῦν δὲ ἐκ σκαιοῦ τινος δαίμονοςδαίμωνος ἐβουλήθησαν ἀλλήλων ἀπέχεσθαι, κατὰ τοῦτο ταύτην τὴν διάλυσιν τοῦ ῥεπουδίου τίθενται καὶ ποιοῦνται ἑκόντες καὶ πεπεισμένως παντὸς δόλου χωρὶςConnections
