Βασιλείας καὶ ὑπατείας τοῦ θειοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου Φλαουίου Μαυρικίου Τιβερίου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους τετάρτου Μεσορὴ δευτέρᾳ. τάσδε τὰς ἀντισυγγράφους τῆς διαλύσεως ἤτοι ῥεπουδίου ὁμολογίας τίθενται καὶ ποιοῦνται πρὸς ἀλλήλους πρὸς τὸτω παρʼ ἑκατέρῳ μέρει εἶναι αὐθεντι κὴν μοναχὸν πρὸς ἀσφάλειαν, ἐκ μὲν τοῦ ἑνὸς μέρους Αὐρήλιος Ἰοῦστος υἱὸς Σαμψιχοῦ ρων κελλαρικάριοςκελλαρηκαριοςκαλλαρκάριος, ἐκ δὲ θατέρου μέρους Αὐρηλία φρη μητρὸς Ἐρεβέκκας, Σαμαρῖται τὴν θρησκείανθρησκίαν, ἀμφότεροι ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν, χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦσιν ἀλλήλοις τὰ ἑξῆς· ἐπείπερ πρώην συνήφθημεν ἀλλήλιος πρὸς ἔννομον γάμον καὶ βίου κοινωνίαν καὶ τέκνων σπορᾶς χάριν κατὰ τὴν ἐν ἀνθρώποις ἐπὶε.ι χρησταῖς ἐλπίσιν, καὶ σήμερον, οὐκ ἴσμενεἴσμεν πόθεν, ἐκ σκαιοῦ τινος πονηροῦ ἐβουλήθησανηβουληθησαν ἀλλήλων ἀπέχεσθαι, κατὰ τοῦτο ὁμολογοῦντες μηδένα λόγονλογων ἔχειν μήτε ἕξειν τοῦ λοιποῦ πρὸς ἀλλήλους περὶ ὁποιουδήποτε πράγματος μικροῦ ἢ μεγάλου ἀνήκοντος τῷ μεταξὺ συνοικεσίῳ, μὴ περὶ προικὸς μὴ περὶ ἕδνων μὴ περὶ ἀναλωμάτων γάμων μὴ περὶ ἀγωγῆς καὶ ἐνοχῆς καὶ δικαιολογίας μέμψεως, ἀλλʼ ἐξεῖναι τῷ ἑκατέρῳ μέρει ἑτέρῳ γάμῳ προσομιλεῖν ἐντεῦθεν ἤδη ἤτοι ἀπὸ τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας καθὼς γέγραπται· ἔδοξεν δὲ Εὐδοκίαν τὴν ἡμῶν θυγατέρα ἡμῶν στα τὸν χκας Ἰούστου υἱοῦ Σαμψιχοῦ κελλαρικαρίουConnections
