μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαουίων Ἀντιόχου καὶ Βάσσου τῶν λαμπροτάτων Παχὼν ιε ἰνδικτίονος Φλαουίῳ Ταυρίνῳ Πλουσάμμωνος βιάρχῳ τῶν ἐν τῇ λαμπροτάτῃ Ἑρμουπόλει διακειμένων γενναιοτάτων Μαύρων σκουταρίων παρὰ Φλαυίου Εὐδαίμονος Φοιβάμμωνος ἑξῆς ὑπογράφοντος πάλαι στρατι ώτου τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀριθμοῦ. βούλομαι ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μισθώσασ θαι παρά σου πρὸς μόνον ἐνιαυτὸν ἕνα , λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ νεομηνίας τοῦ ἑξῆς μηνὸς Παῦνι τῆς ἐνεστώσης πεντεκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος, τὴν ὑπάρ χουσάν σοι ἔπαυλιν σὺν ἀχυροθήκῃ καὶ φρέατι καὶ χρηστηρίοις καὶ ἀνήκου σι πᾶσι ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ Ἑρμουπόλει ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Φρουρίου ἀπηλιώτου ἐν ῥύμῃ καλου μένῃ Ἀφαίσεως, πρὸς ἡμετέραν χρῆσιν καὶ καταγωγὴν ζῴων μου, μισθοφορίανμισθοφοριας ταύτης τοῦ ὅλου ἐνιαυτοῦ ἀργυρίου μυριάδων χιλίωνχειλίων ὀκτακοσίων , ἥνπερ μισθοφορίανμισθαφορίαν ἀποδώσω σοι πρὸς λῆξιν τοῦ ἐνιαυσίου χρόνου, ἐπὶ τῷ ἀνατρέφειν σε αἶγααἰγαν μίαν ἐν τῇ χλωροφαγίᾳ καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχῶς εἰσιούσης δευτέρας ἰνδικτίονος· καὶ ἐπὶ τέλει τοῦ ἐνιαυσίου χρόνου παραδώσω σοι τὴν αὐτὴν ἔπαυλιν ὡς παρείληφα. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
