ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Αὐγούστου τὸ ζ καὶ Κωνσταντίου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α, Μεχεὶρ η. Αὐρηλίοις Ἀφθονίῳ καὶ ΤιμοθέῳΤιμοθέου ἀμφοτέροιςἀμφοτεροι νυκτο στρατήγοις τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Θωνίου Ὀννώφριος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. κατὰ τὴν χθὲς ἡμέραν, τῆς ἡμε τέρας συμβίου κατʼ οἶκονὖκων τυγχανούσης, Ταπῆσίς τις, ἅμα τῇ ἑαυτῆς οἰκέτιδιοἰκέτιδει Οὐϊκτωρᾶι, ἑσπεριναῖς ὥραις ἐν τοῖς πολὺ ἄπωθεν τῆς ἡμετέρας οἰκίας οἰκοῦσα, ἐπιστᾶσαἐπιστᾶσαι ὕβρειςὕβρις προσετρίψατο τῇτην συμβί ῳ μου ἀρρήτουςἀρήτους, ὥστε μὴ μόνον τὴν ἐσθῆτα αὐτῆςὐτῆς διαρραγῆναιδιαραγῆναι ἀλλὰ καὶ σῶμα, προσενεχθεισῶνπροσενεγκτισῶν νπλων αὐτὴν συμβίῳ μου κης χρυσίου. ἐπεὶἐπὶ τοίνυν τὴν βιβλιδίων ἐπίδοσιν ποιοῦμαι ἀξιῶν μαῖανμε͂αν ἐπιστα λεῖσανἐπισταλῖσαν ὑφʼ ὑμῶνἡμῶν ἀπαντῆσαι καὶ σημειώσασθαισημιώσασθαι τὴν διάθεσιν αὐτῆς καὶ ἐνγράφως προσφωνῆσαι την καὶ τῆς προσφωνήσεως γεγενημένης καὶ γνωσθέντος τοῦ ἀτοπήματος ἐγγύας αὐτὰς παρασχέσθαι ἵνʼ εἰ συμβαί ησυμβέη τι τῇτῆς συμβίῳ μου ἡ δέουσαδεουσαν ἐκδικία γένηται παρὰ τῷ ἀχράντῳ δικαστηρίῳ τοῦ κυρίουκυρίω μου διασημοτάτου ἐπάρχου τῆς Αἰγύπτου Τιβερίου Φλαυΐου Λαίτου.
