ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν, βασιλείας τοῦ θειοτάτου καὶ εὐσεβεστάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου μεγίστου εὐεργέτου Φλαουίου Ἡρακλείου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος ἔτους γβ Φαῶφι κη ἰνδικτίονος α. Φλαουίῳ Ἀπίωνι τῷ πανευφήμῳ καὶ ὑπερφυεστάτῳ ἀπὸ ὑπάτων καὶ πατρικίῳ, γεουχοῦντι καὶ ἐνταῦθα τῇ λαμπρᾷ Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλει διὰ Μηνᾶ οἰκέτου τοῦ ἐπερωτῶντος καὶ προσπορίζοντος τῷ ἰδίῳ δεσπότῃ τῷ αὐτῷ πανευφήμῳ ἀνδρὶ τὴν ἀγωγὴν καὶ ἐνοχὴν Αὐρήλιοι Φὶβ υἱὸς Διοσκόρου καὶ Ἀπολλῶς υἱὸς Ἀνοῦπ μητρὸςτ Φιλοξένης ἀπὸ κώμης Ὤφεως τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου νομοῦ παγαρχουμένης παρὰ τοῦ ἐνδόξου ὑμῶν οἴκουὑμῶν ἐνδόξουου οἴκου. ὁμολογῶ τῇ ὑμετέρᾳ ὑπερφυείᾳ διὰ τῶν αὐτῇ προσηκόντων ὡς εἴ ποτε καιρῷ ἢ χρόνῳ φανῶμεν κλέψαντες ἢ μηχανικὰ σκεύη ἢ βοίδια ἢ οἱανδήποτε κλοπὴν ποιήσαντες ἢ ὑποδέξασθαι λῃστάςλιστάς, ὁμολογοῦμεν παρασχεῖν τῇ ὑμετέρᾳ ὑπερφυείᾳ ὑπὲρ ἑκάστου ἐγχειρήματος χρυσοῦ νομίσματα εἴκοσι τέσσερα κινδύνῳ ἡμῶν καὶ τῆς ἡμῶν ὑποστάσεως. κυρία ἡ ὁμολογία ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. τὸ κοινὸν τῶν ὀνομάτων στοιχεῖστοιχῖ ἡμῖν ὡς πρόκειται. Ἰωάννης ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν ἀγραμμάτων ὄντων. di emu Ioannu eteliothh. ὁμολογία τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Ὤφεως τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου νομοῦ.
