αν τὰ τῶν ρων παρας τῶν λοιπῶν ἀναλωμάτων ητο καταμερισθῆναικαταμερεισθῆναι αξ ται μέρος καὶ μὴ κρύψασθαικρήψασθαι εἰς ἀλλήλους μήτε μὴν παραχωρεῖν ἀπʼ ἀλλήλων πρὸς συμπληρώσεως ἐνιαυσίου χρόνου ἀριθμουμένου ἀπὸ τῆς προκειμένης καὶ προδεδηλωμένης ἡμέρας· καὶ εἰ καταγνωσθείη τις ἐξ ἡμῶν ὡς λάθραλαθα κομισάμενός τινα καὶ μὴ φανερώσῃ τῷ ἑτέρῳ, παρέξει τῷ ἐμμένοντι καὶ μὴ καταγνωσθέντι λόγῳλόγου καταδίκης χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια δύο . ἡ ὁμολογία κυρίακυρα καὶ βεβαία δισσὴ γραφεῖσαγραφῖση ὁμότυπος καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. Αὐρήλιος ας Βίκτωρος καὶ Πέτρος ΚούνθουΚούνθω οἱ προκείμενοι ἐθέμεθα τὴν ὁμολογίαν τῆς κοινωνίαςκοινωνείας καὶ πειθόμεθα πᾶσι τοῖςτῆς ἐνγεγραμμένοις ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ἀπολλὼς Προκ ἀπὸ Ὀξυρύγχων ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν γράμματαγραμμ μὴ εἰδότων. Αὐρήλιος Φοιβάμμων Αλχου ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ ὁμολογίᾳ ἀκούσας παρὰ τῶν θεμένων.
