ἐν πεδιάδι κώμης Τερτεμβύθεως τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ καὶ ὅθεν ταύτης γειτνίαςγεινίας εἰς σπορὰν καὶ κατάθεσιν καρπῶν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου ταύτης κατʼ ἔτος σιτοκρίθου κατὰ το ἥμισυ ἀρταβῶν ἑπτὰ ἥμισυ , γίνονται σίτου ἀρτάβαι γ 𐅵 δ καὶ κριθῆς ἀρτάβαι γ 𐅵 δ, ὅνπερ φόρον νέον καλὸν καθαρὸν κεκοσκινευμένον μέτρῳ σῷ Ἀθηναίῳ ἀποδώσω καὶ ἀποκαταστήσω εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου ἐν Ἑρμοῦ πόλει ἰδίοις μου ζῴοις καὶ ἀναλώμασι ἐν τῷ Ἐπεὶφ μηνὶ ἑκάστου ἔτους ἀπροφασίστως παρέξω δὲ κατʼ ἔτος λόγῳ συνηθείας τυρία δέκα καὶ σταχύων δέματα δέκα καὶ λεψάνηςληψανης ἀγγεῖονἀγγια ἕν . ἡ παροῦσα μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος ὁ προκείμενος μεμίσθωμαι ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ζαχαρίας ἀπὸ ερμοῦ πόλεως ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος Λεόντιος ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσει ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου Αὐρήλιος ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσει ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου μίσθωσις ργ ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως ΦουστConnections
