μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείανὑπατίαν τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Φλαυίου Ἰουστίνου τοῦ αἰωνίου αὐγούστου ἔτους δεκάτου Μεσορὴ ε ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονος ἐν Ἡρακλέους πόλει. Αὐρήλιος Ἰωάννης υἱὸς Παύλου ἀφ’ Ἡρακλέους πόλεωςἀπὸ Ἡρακλέους πόλεως τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ Ἰωάννῃ υἱῷ τοῦ μακαρίου Πτολεμαίου Ἡσυχίου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. μεμίσθωμαι παρὰ σοῦ ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων σοι ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ Ἡρακλέους πόλει ἐν λαύρᾳ Φλα ἀπὸ οἰκίας ὅλης ἀνεῳγμένηςανεμγμ εἰς Λίβα ἐν τῇ πρώτῃ στέγῃ τόπον ἕνα νεύοντα εἰς Νότον καὶ τὸ μικρὸν δῶμα ἐξ ὁλοκλήρου καὶ βαον ἀρτοθήκην μίαν σὺν φρέατι καὶ παντὶ δικαίῳ ἀναλόγως ἐφʼ ὃν βούλειβούλη χρόνον ἀπὸ τῆς σήμερον καὶ προγεγραμμένης ἡμέρας ἐνοικίου κατʼ ἔτος κέρματος νουμμίωννουμίων χιλίων γίνονται νούμμοι Α ὅπερ ἐνοίκιον ἀποδώσωἀποδόσω σοι ἐν τέλειτέλι ἑκάστου ἔτους. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
