τῇ κρατίστῃ βουλῇ Ἑρμουπόλεως τῆς μεγάλης ἀρχαίας καὶ σεμνοτάτης καὶ λαμπροτάτης παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Λευκαδίου Ἑρμοπολίτου ἱερονίκου παγκρα τιαστοῦ διὰ Αὐρηλίουυυρηλιου Ἀππιανοῦ τοῦ καὶ Δημητρίου ἱερο νίκου ἐπιτρόπου συσταθέντος· αἰτοῦμαι ἐπισταλῆναι ἐκ τοῦ πολιτικοῦ λόγου ὑπὲρ ὀψωνίων μου ὧν ἐνίκη σα καὶ ἐστεφανώθην ἱερῶν εἰσελαστικῶν ἀγώνων τῶν ἀπὸ μηνὸς Φαμενὼθ ἔτους ἕως
