ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ϛ καὶ Κωνσταντίνου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α ΑὐρηλίῳΑὐρηλιοῳ Ἀδελφίῳ Ἀδελφίου ἀποδεδειγμένῳἀποδεδιγμένου πρυτάνει Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως Αὐρήλιος Προκλῖνος Ἀχιλλέως βουλευτοῦ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ὀμνὺς τὸν θεῖονθῖον καὶ σεβάσμιον ὅρκον ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτωςαὐθερέτως ἐγγεγυῆσθαι Αὐρήλιον Ὀλύμπιον Ἑρμοῦ βουλευτοῦ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως προχειρισθένταπροχιρεισθέντα ὑπὸπο τῶν αὐτοτοθιααποτοθια τῆς βουλῆς εἰς ἐπιμέλειαν καὶ ἀνακομιδὴν οἴνου ἀννώνης διακειμένων γενναιοτάτων στρατιωτῶν ὃν καὶ παραστήσω πληρώσοντα τὴν ἐνχειρισθεῖσανἐγχειρισθῖσαν αὐτῷ ἐπιμέλειαν τοῦ οἴνου καὶ τῆς παραδόσεως ἐποίσονταἐποισομεν τὰ αὐτοῦ ἀπόχιμα γράμματα. ἐὰν δὲ ἀφυστερήσῃ, ἐγὼ αὐτὸς τὸν ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ λόγον ὑποστήσομαιὑποστησομεν, ἢ ἔνοχοςἐνος εἴηνεἴημεν τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ καὶ τῷ περὶ τούτου κινδύνῳ καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης Φαῶφι
