ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου τὸ γ καὶ Κώνσταντος τὸ β τῶν Αὐγούστων Μεσορὴ ιθ. Αὐρήλιος Ἀπφοῦς Παθερμουθίου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως Αὐρηλίῳ ΔιογένειΔιογένου Σαραπίωνος συστάτῃ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως τῆς νυνὶ λειτουργού σης φυλῆς χαίρειν. ἐπειδὴἐπιδὴ αἱρεῖταιαἱρῖται ἐμοί τε καὶ τῷ ἡμετέρῳ υἱῶι Θωνίῳ ἐν τῷ ἑξῆς ἐνιαυτῷ ὀκταμηνιαῖος χρόνος λειτουργίαςλιτουργίας, ἠξιώσαμεν δέ σεσαι εἰσ αγγεῖλαι ἡμᾶς εἰς κουφοτάτην χρείανχρίαν, τουτέστιν εἰς φυλακίαν ἱεροῦ Θοηρίου, διὰ τὴν περὶ ἡμᾶς μετριότητα καὶ πίστινπιστις συνέθου ἡμῖνἡμεῖν κατὰ ταῦτα, καὶ αὐτοὶ ὁμολογοῦμεν ἀντὶ ἴσης ἀμοιβῆς καὶ χάριτος ἐπάναγκες ἡμᾶς ὅλον τὸν ἐνιαύσιον χρόνον πληρῶσαι ἐν τῇ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἱεροῦ Θοηρίου ἀρχιφύλακος χώρᾳ ἀντὶ τῶν μηνῶν ὀκτώ . πρὸς δὲ ἀμεριμνίαν σου τήνδε τὴν ὁμολογίαν σοι ἐξεδόμην, ἥτις κυρία ἔστω, καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Ἀπφοῦς Πατερμουθίου εὐδοκῶ πᾶσι τοῖς προκειμένοις καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Ῥουφίων Ἀπολλωνίου ἀξιωθεὶςυ ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ μὴ εἰδότος γράμματα. διʼ ἐμοῦ Διογένους ἐγράφη.
