Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀσκληπιάδῃ Ἀδελφίου ἄρξαντι βουλευτῇ πραιποσίτῳ ιε πάγου Ἑρμοπολίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Ὥρου Ἀμμωνιανοῦ μητρὸς Τισόιτος ὡς ἐτῶν να οὐλὴ δακτύλῳ μικρῷ ἀριστερᾶς χειρὸς ἀπὸ κώμης Ἀδμένθων καὶ Κλώμιος Ἀχιλλέως μητρὸς Κολλαύχιος ὡς ἐτῶν β οὐλὴ δακτύλῳ λιχανῷ δεξιᾶς χειρὸς ἀπὸ ἐποικίου Τιβερίου τοῦ Ἑρμοπολίτου. ὁμολογοῦμεν ὀμνύντες τὴν θείαν τύχην τῶν πάντα νικώντων δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Αὐγούστων ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως ἐγγεγυῆσθαι Αὐρηλίους Ὧρον Κάστω ρος καὶ Νῆνιν Παήσιος ἀπὸ κώμης Πρήκτεως τοῦ σοῦ πάγου παραστάνταςπαραστωντας τὸν ὑποστέλ λοντα αὐτοῖς τίρονα πρὸς παράστασιν τῇ μείζονιμίζονι ἐξουσίᾳ χωρίς τινος ὑπερθέσεως καὶ ἀντιλογίας. ἐὰν δὲ ὑστερήσωσινυστωρησωσιν περὶ τὴν τούτου παράστασιν ἡμεῖςἡμῖς αὐτοὶ τὸν ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν λόγον ὑποστησό μεθα ἢ ἔνοχοι εἴημεν τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ καὶ τῷ περὶ τούτου κινδύνῳ καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. ὑπατείας Σεπτιμίου Ἀκινδύνου καὶ Ποπλωνίου Προκούλου τῶν λαμπροτάτωνλαπροτάτων, Χοιὰκ ιδ. οἱ προκείμενοι ἐγγυῶμεν καὶ παραστήσομεν ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν γράμματα μὴ εἰδότων.
