κόλλημα Πρωτάρχωι παρὰ Νικάνορος τοῦ Ἰσιδώρου Φιλομητορείου καὶ παρὰ Ἔρωτος τοῦ Πτολεμαίου. περὶ τῶν διεσταμένων συνχωρεῖ ὁ Νικάνωρ ἀπέχειν παρὰ τοῦ Ἔρωτος διὰ χει ρὸς ἐξ οἴκου ἐπὶ περιλύσει καὶ τῆς γυναικὸς αὐτοῦ Τύχης τῆς Διονυσίου καὶ ἔτι Χρυσογόνου τοῦ Ἰσιδώρου ὅσπερ μετήλλαχεν, ἃς ἐδάνεισεν αὐτοῖς κατὰ συγχώρησιν διὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ κριτηρίου τῶι τεσσαρεσ καιδεκάτῳ ἔτει Καίσαρος Ἐπεὶφ ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ἑκατὸν καὶ τόκους, καὶ εἶναι ἄκυρον τὴν τοῦ δανείου συνχώρησιν καὶ μὴ ἐπελθεῖν τὸν Νικάνορα μηδʼ ἄλλον ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὸν Ἔρωτα διὰ τὴν Τύχην μήτε περὶ τῶν αὐτῶν μήτε περὶ ἄλλου μηδενὸς ἁπλῶς ὀφειλήματοςὀφιλήματος ἢ ἀπαιτήματος ἐγγράπτου ἢ ἀγράφου ἀπὸ τῶν ἐπάνω χρόνων μέχρι τῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡμέρας, μὴ ἐπελεύσεσθαι δὲ τὸν Νικάνορα μηδὲ ἐπὶ τὰ ὑπὸ τοῦ Χρυσογόνου ἀπολελειμμένα περὶ ν τοῦ δανείου τοῦ αὐτοῦ καὶ τῶν τόκων, καὶ χωρὶς τοῦ κύρια εἶ ναι τὰ συνκεχωρημένα ἔτι καὶ ἐνεχέσθαισυνέχεσθαι αὐτὸν παραβαίνοντα ταῦτα τοῖς τε βλάβεσι καὶ τῶι ὡρισμένῳ προστίμωι. ἔτους ιζιηἔτους ι Καίσαρος Φαρμοῦθι α.
