παρὰ Ἑρμίου τοῦ Συμμάχου Ἐπιφανείου καὶ παρὰ Φιλαργύρου τοῦ Καίσαροςτοῦ Κραιου Ἀλεξανδρέως. συνχωρεῖ Ἑρμίας ἀναδιδόναι ὃ προείκατο εἰς αὐτὸν ὁ Φιλάργυρος ἐν τοῖς ἔμπροσθεν χρόνοις ψιλὸν πιττάκιον ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμίου τραπέζης ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς χ ἀπεσχηκε αὐτὸς Ἑρμίας παρὰ τοῦ Φιλαργύρου ταύτας τε καὶ τοῦ ὑπεργεγενημένου μετὰ ταῦτα χρόνου τούτων τόκους διδράχμους παρὰ τὸ αὐτὸνγεικ ατωλ πιττακίου ἰδίου καὶ μηδεμίαν τῷ Ἑρμίᾳ μητʼ ἄλλῳ ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ μηδενὶ καταλείπεσθαι ἔφοδον ἐπὶ τὸν Φιλάργυρον μήτε περὶ τοῦ αὐτοῦ μηδὲ περὶ ἄλλου μηδενὸς ἁπλῶς ἀπαιτήματος ἐγγράπτου ἢ ἀγράφου τῶν ἀπὸ τῶν ἐπάνω χρόνων μέχρι τῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡμέρας, τὸν δὲ καὶ ἐπελευσόμενον ἐπὶ τὸ τοῦ Φιλαργύρου πιττάκιον ἀποστήσειν παραχρῆμα τοῖς ἰδίοις δαπανήμασιν ἢ χωρὶς τοῦ κύρια εἶναι τὰ συγκεχωρημένα ἔτι καὶ ἐνέχεσθαι αὐτὸν παραβαίνονται τοῖς τε βλάβεσι καὶ τῶι ὡρισμένῳ προστίμῳ ιδι ἔτους ιη Καίσαρος Μεχεὶρ λ
