Πρωτάρχῳ παρὰ Γαίου Ἰουλίου Φιλίου καὶ παρὰ Ἑλένου τοῦ Καίσαρος Πέρσου τῆς ἐπιγονῆς καὶ τῆς γυναικὸς Τρυφαίνης τῆς Πτολεμαίου ΠερσίνηςΠερσείνης μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἀνδρός. περὶ τῶν διεσταμένων συνχωροῦσιν Ἕλενος καὶ Τρύφαινα ἔχειν παρὰ τοῦ Γαίου Ἰουλίου Φιλίου δάνειον διὰ τῆς Κάστορος κολλυβιστικῆς τραπέζης ἀργυρίου Πτολεμαικοῦ δραχμὰς ἑκατὸν τόκων διδράχμων τοῦ μηνὸς ἑκάστου, ὃ καὶ ἀποδώσειν ἐν μησὶν ἀπὸ Φαμενὼθ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιζ ἔτους Καίσαρος διδόντες τοὺς μὲν τόκους κατὰ μῆνα εὐτάκτως, τὸ δὲ κεφάλαιον ἐν τῷ ἐσχάτῳ μηνὶ ἄνευ πάσης ὑπερθέσεως, ἢ εἶναι αὐτοὺς παραχρῆμα ἀγωγίμους καὶ συνέχεσθαι μέχρι τοῦ ἐκτεῖσαιἐκτῖσαι τὸ μὲν δάνειον σὺν ἡμιολίᾳ, τοὺς δὲ τόκους ἁπλοῦς, τοῦ δὲ ὑπερπεσόντος χρόνου τοὺς ἴσους, τῆς πράξεως γεινομένης τῷ Γαίωι Ἰουλίωι Φιλίῳ ἔκ τε τῶν ὑποχρέων ὄντων ἀλληλεγγύων εἰς ἔκτισιν καὶ ἐκ ἑνὸς καὶ ἐξ οὗ ἐὰν αἱρῆται καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόνων αὐτοῖς πάντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης ἀκύρων οὐσῶν καὶ ὧν ἐὰν ἐπενέγκωσιἐπενένκωσι πίστεων πασῶν σκέπης πάσης. τοῦτο δʼ ἐστὶν τὸ δάνειονδάνηον ἐκτὸν οὗ ὀφείλει ὁ αὐτὸς Ἕλενος σὺν Ἁρποκρατίωνι Ἀρείου καὶ Τρυφαίνῃ Ἀρείου τῷ αὐτῷ Γαίωι Ἰουλίωι Φιλίωι καθʼ ἑτέραν συνχώρησινσχωρ διὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ κριτηρίου ἄλλου κεφαλαίου. ἀξιοῦμεν. ἔτους ιζ Καίσαρος Φαμενὼθ κθ
