μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Βασιλείου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους εἰκοστοῦ τετάρτου τ ἕκτῃ σὺν θεῷ ἀρχῆς ιδ ἰνδικτίονος. Αὐρηλίᾳ Μαρίᾳ τῇ ἐυγενεστάτῃ θυγατρὶ τοῦ τῆς μακαρίας μνήμης Μηνᾶ ὁρμωμένῃ ἀπὸ ταύτης τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ψᾶ Παπνουθίου ἐκ μητρὸς Μαρίας ὁρμωμένου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς εὐγενείας ἐφʼ ὅσον χρόνον ἔχω τὴν χρῆσιν καὶ τὴν οἴκησιν τῆς ἑξῆς ἐντεταγμένης οἰκίας, λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας ἥτις καὶ προγέγραπται, τὴν ὑπάρχουσάν σοι οἰκίαν ὁλόκληρον οἵας ἐστὶν διαθέσεως, παρὲξ ἑνὸς τόπου, διακειμένην ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου αὐτῆς Λιβὸς ἄντικρυς τῆς μεγάλης αὐτῆς οἰκίας, πρὸς χρῆσιν ἐμὴν καὶ οἴκησιν, ἐνοικίουἐνοικείου ταύτης κατʼ ἔτος χρυσοῦ κερατίων δέκα, ὅπερ ἐνοίκιονἐνοίκειον ἀποδώσω αὐτῇ πρὸς λῆξιν ἑκάστου ἔτους ἀνυπερ θέτως, καὶ ὁπόταν βουληθείης ἔχειν ὁμοίως αὐτῇ παραδώσω τὴν οἰκίαν σὺν θύραις καὶ κλεισὶ ὡς παρ είληφα ουμοιψε αὐτῇ καὶ ἀκκούβιτον ἐν ν ἐν τῷ αρ τῆς αὐτῆς οἰκίας ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα Αὐρήλιος Ψᾶς Παπνουθίου ὁ προκείμενος μεμίσθωμαι ὡς πρόκειται Αὐρήλιος ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος. Αιειων ασθ μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσει ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου. Αὐρήλιος ρινας Φι ρ μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσει ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου συμβολαιογράφου ἐγράφη, μίσθωσις γενομένη παρὰ Ψᾶ Παπνουθίου ἀπὸ ἙρConnections
