τοῦ τῆς ἀρίστης μνήμης Ἰωάννου ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπο λιτῶν Αὐρήλιος Φοιβάμμων μητρὸς Εὖτος εἰρηνάρχης ἀπὸ κώμης Τκ τοῦ Ἑρμουπολιτο χαίρειν· ὁμολογῶ ἐσχηκέναι καὶ πεπληρῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς ἀρετῆς τῆς πρὸς ἀλλήλους συμπεφωνημένης τελείας τιμῆς χόρτου ξηροῦ πεπατημένου σαργανῶν εἰκοσιπέντε, γίνονται χόρτου ξηροῦ σάργαναι κε, ὅνπερ ξηρὸν χόρτον ἀποδώσω αὐτῇ τῷ Παῦνι μηνὶ τῆς σὺν θεῷ ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονος ἐν χόρτῳ ξηρῷ καλῷ καὶ εὐαρέστῳ ταῖς ὑμετέραις σαργάναις ἀνυπερθέτως· παρελθούσης δὲ τῆς εεδιην τὸν αὐτὸν ξηρὸν χόρτον Φοιβάμμωνος εφτερτ
