ὑπατείας Φλαυίων Κωνσταντίνου καὶ Ῥούφου τῶν μεγαλοπρεπεστάτων Ἁθὺρ ζ ια ἰνδικτίονος Φλαουίῳ Ἰωάννῃ ἀναφερομένῳ εἰς τὴν κατὰ Θηβαίδα στρατιωτικὴν τάξιν, υἱῷ τοῦ τῆς ἀρίστης μνήμης Ταυρίνου ἀπὸ καθοσιωμένων πριμικηρίων τῶν ἐν Ἑρμουπόλει Μαύρων παρὰ ου Βίκτορος Ἰωάννου μητρὸς Ταμούνιος ἀπὸ κώμης τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίᾳ γνώμῃ καὶ αὐθαιρέτῳ βουλήσει καὶ ἀμετανοήτῳ καὶ ἀδόλῳ προαιρέσει μεμισθῶσθαι παρά σου ἐπὶ ετῆ χρόνον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος τὰς ὑπαρχούσας σοι ἀρούρας τέσσαρας ἥμισυ ἐν τῷ ἀπηλιώτῃ τῆς πόλεως ἐν ω ιν εἰς σπορὰν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου ἐν μὲν τῷ πρώτῳ ἐνιαυτῷ τῆς δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος χρυσοῦ νομισ ματίων ε παρὰ κεράτια τέσσαρα , τῷ δὲ ει
