μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Εὐσεβίου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου τὸ β, Χοιὰκ ιζ, γ ἰνδικτίονος. Φλαυίῳ Ταυρίνῳ Ἰωάννου αἰδεσίμῳ σκρινιαρίῳ τῆς κατὰ Θηβαίδα στρατιωτικῆς τάξεως ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Βίκτορος Απαλικτος μητρὸς Κύρας γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς ἀρετῆς ἐπὶ τετραετῆ χρόνον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος τὰς ὑπαρχούσας σοι ἀρούρας εἰκοσιπέντε σὺν τῷ ἐπιβάλλοντι αὐταῖς μέρει τοῦ ἐκεῖσε λάκκου ἀπὸ γεωργίου ἀρουρῶν τριάκοντα μιᾶς κατὰ κοινωνίαν ξίας καὶ Θεοδώρας καὶ Θεοδοσίας υἱῶν Φοιβάμμωνος τοῦ σοῦ πατραδέλφου τῶν λοιπῶν ἀρουρῶν ἓξ εἰς συμπλήρωσιν τοῦ αὐτοῦ γεωργίου διακειμένου ἐν τῷ ἀπηλιώτῃ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως εἰς σπορὰν καὶ κατάθεσιν καρπῶν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου τῶν αὐτῶν εἰκοσιπέντε ἀρουρῶν σίτου ἀρταβῶν ἑκατὸν καὶ φασήλουπασήλου ἀρταβῶν καὶ ἄρακος ἀρταβῶν τριάκοντα δύο ἡμίσους καὶ φακοῦ ἀρταβῶν ε.
