μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Λογγίνου λαμπροτάτου τὸ β, Μεχεὶρ κϛ, ιδ ἰνδικτίονος. Φλαυίῳ Ταυρίνῳ Ἰωάννου τῷ καθοσιωμένῳ ἀπὸ κομμενταρησίων ης στρατιωτικῆς τάξεως τοῦ Θηβαικοῦ λιμίτου Θηβαικοῦ λιμίτου παρὰπαρὰ κμ Φοιβάμμωνος Πεκυσίου μητρὸς ΤαπίαςἈπίας ἀπὸ κώμης Τλήθμεως τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς θαυμασιό τητος ἐφʼ ὃν ἐὰν βουληθῇς χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ της τοῦ παρελθόντος μηνὸς Τῦβι τῆς παρούσης τεσσαρεσκαι δεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν τῇ σῇ ἀρετῇ οἰκίαν ὁλόκληρον οἵας ἐστὶν διαθέσεως μονόστεγον σὺν καὶ αὐλῇ ἐκτὸς τῆς αὐτῆς οἰκίας σὺν χρηστηρίοις πᾶσι, διακειμένην ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Φρουρίου λιβὸς πρὸς χρῆσιν ἐμὴν καὶ οἴκησιν, ἐνοικίουἐνοικείου καθʼ ἕκαστον ἔτος κοῦ σοῦ ἀνεψιοῦ χρυσοῦ νομισματίου ἑνὸς ἡμίσουςἑνὸς παρὰ κεράτια τρία ζυγῷ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως καὶ ἀργυρίου μυριάδωνταλάντων τετρακισχιλίωντετρακισχειλίων πεντακοσίων , ὅπερ ἐνοί κιον ἀποδώσω σοι πρὸς λῆξιν ἑκάστου ἔτους
