ὑπατείας Φλαυίου Μαρκιανοῦ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου καὶ τοῦ ἀποδειχθησομένου, Ἁθὺρ ιβ, ια ἰνδικτίονος. Φλαυίῳ Ἰωάννῃ Ταυρίνου αἰδεσίμῳ σκρινιαρίῳ τῆς στρατιωτικῆς τάξεως Θηβαίδος παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Πεεῦτος Ὥρου μητρὸς Μαρίας γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρὰ τῆς σῆς ἀρετῆς πρὸς μόνον ἐνιαυτὸν ἕνα καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος τὰς ὑποτεθείσας σοι παρὰ Φοιβάμμωνος Ἀθανασίου βουλευτοῦ ἀρούρας ἓξ περὶ πρακτορίαν κώμης Θύνεως ἐν τῷ αὐτοῦ κτήματι κατὰ τὴν δύναμιν τῆς ὑποθήκης εἰς κατάθεσιν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου τούτων τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἔτους χρυσοῦ νομισματίων δεσποτικῶν δοκίμων δύο παρὰ κεράτια τρία, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια β παρὰ κεράτια γ, τὰ καὶ ατι αὐτῇ ὑποθήκῃ λόγῳ παραμυθίαςπαραμυθείας, ὅνπερ χρυσικὸν φόρον ἀποδώσω τῇ σῇ ἀνδρείᾳ τῷ Φαῶφι μηνὶ τοῦ ἔτους ἀνυπερθέτως· ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία
