ὑπατείας Φλαουίων Οὔρσου καὶ Πολεμείου τῶν λαμπροτάτων. Φλαουίοις Ἀφθονίῳ Φλαβιανοῦ γυμνασιαρχ βουλευτῇ καὶ Ἀσυνκριθίῳασυνκριθιη θυγατρὶ Ἀχιλλέως γενομένου διασημοτάτουδιασημοτάτω καὶ Ἀμμωνίωνι καὶ Ἑλλαδίῳ υἱοῖς Ἀμμωνίου γενομένου βουλευτοῦ τῆς λαμπροτάτης Ἀλεξανδρίας παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀφυγχίουαφυγχιος Ὥρου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως. ἑκουσίως ἐπιδέχομαι μισθώσασθαι ἐπὶ χρόνον ἔτη δύο ἀπὸ τοῦ ὄντος μηνὸς Φαρμοῦθι τοῦ ἐνεστῶτοςἐναιστῶτος λβ ἔτους κβ ἔτους ιδ ἔτους ε ἔτους τὸ ὑπάρχον ὑμῖνὑμεῖν καθʼ ὃ ἕκαστος ἔχειἔχι μέρος ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλει ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Νεμεσίου ὑπὸ τὴν ἀπηλιωτικὴν τῆς πόλεως στοὰνστοα σληρ ἥμισυ μέρος οἰκίας καὶ καταγείουκαταγίου σὺν χρηστηρίοις πᾶσι, ἐνοικίου κατʼ ἔτος ἀργυρίου ταλάντων εἴκοσι, γίνεται τάλαντα κ μόνα, βεβαιουμένης δʼ ἐμοὶ τῆς ἐπιδοχῆς ἐπάναγκεςἐπάναγκαις ἀποδώσω τὸ ἐνοίκιον κατʼ ἔτος ἀκοιλάντωςἀκυλάντως καὶ μετὰ τὸν χρόνον παραδώσω τὸ ἥμισυ μέρος τῆς οἰκίας ἀπὸ κοπρίων καὶ δείσηςδίσης πάσης καὶ ἃς ἐὰν παραλάβω θύρας καὶ κλεῖς ἀποτίσω ἢ οὗ ἐὰν μὴ παραδῶ ἐκτίσω τὴν ἀξίαν τιμὴντιμη. κυρία ἡ ἐπιδοχὴ καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης, Φαρμοῦθι β. Αὐρήλιος Ἀφῦγχις μεμίσθωμαι τὸ ἥμισυἥμυσοι μέρος τῆς οἰκίαςοἰκείας καὶ ἀποδώσω τὸ ἐνοίκιον ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Σαραπάμμων ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος.
