τῷ κοινῷκυνῷ τῶν συστατῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτά της Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ια καὶ ι καὶ γ ἔτους διὰ τοῦ ἑνὸς αὐτῶν Αὐρηλίου Ὡρίωνος Θέωνος παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Νείλου τοῦ καὶ ου Ἡρακλειανοῦ τοῦ καὶ Σαραπᾶ μητρὸς Διδύμης τῆς καὶ Δημητρίας ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως. βούλομαι πρώτως ἀναγραφῆναι ἐφʼ οὗ καὶ αὐτὸς ἀναγράφο μαι ἀμφόδου Λυκίων Παρεμβολῆς τοὺς γενομένους μοι υἱοὺς ἐκ τῆς γενομένης καὶ μετηλλαχυίαςμετηλλαχυίης μοι γυναικὸς Αὐρηλίας Ἀρτεμιδώρας Βησαρίωνος τοῦ καὶ μητρὸς Διδύμης τῆς καὶ Δμητρίας δωδεκαδράχμους ἀπὸ γυμνασίου Ἡρακλειανὸν τὸν καὶ Σαραπᾶν διὰ τῆς καταχωριζομένης ὑφʼ ὑμῶν γραφῆς ἀφηλίκων ἐν τῇ τῶν ὁμηλίκων τάξει ὡς καθήκει, καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν ἔθιμον Ῥωμαίοις ὅρκον μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι. ἔτους ια καὶ ι τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν αὐτοκρατόρων Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ καὶ ἔτους γ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν, Ἐπεὶφ α
