τοῖς διοικοῦσι τὰ κατὰ τὴν φυλαρχίαν τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος α ἔτους διὰ Αὐρηλίων Ὡρίωνος Θέωνος καὶ Νίλου τοῦ καὶ Ἀθηναίου καὶ Μέλανος Μέλανος καὶ τῶν σὺν αὐτοῖς παρὰ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Εὐδαίμο νος Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ Διοσκόρου μητρὸς Ταύριος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. βούλομαι πρώτως ἀναγραφῆναι ἐφʼ οὗ καὶ ἐγὼκἀγὼ ἀναγράφομαι αὐτὸς ἀμφόδου Ἱππέων Παρεμβολῆς τὸν γεγονότα μοι ἐκ τῆς συνούσης μοι γυναικὸς Αὐρηλίας Νίκης ἤτοι Ταιάδος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως υἱὸν Αὐρήλιον Εὐδαίμονα δωδεκάδραχμον ἀπὸ γυμνασίου ὄντα πρὸς τὸ ἐνεστὸς α ἔτος ἐτῶν ια. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι τὸ ὑπόμνημα ἀξιῶν ταγῆναι αὐτὸν διὰ τῆς καταχωριζομένης ὑφʼ ὑμῶν γραφῆς ἀφηλίκων ἐν τῇ τῶν ὁμηλίκων τάξει ὡς καθήκει καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν ἔθιμον Ῥωμαί οις ὅρκον μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι. ἔτους α Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Γαΐου Οὐαλερίου Διοκλητιανοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ ἐπαγομένων Αὐρήλιος Εὐδαίμων ἐπιδέδω κα καὶ ὤμοσα τὸν ὅρκον ὡς πρόκειται.
