χ ἐτῶν ιη Αὐρηλίῳ ΔιογένειΔιογένι τῷ καὶ Ἑρ μίᾳ φυλάρχῳ τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιδ ἔτους παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Πολυδεύκους Σα ραπίωνος μητρὸς Ἑλένης ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. γονέων ὢν ἐντοπίων καὶ διὰ λόγων παρεθεὶς κατʼ ἄγνοιανἄγνοιαν σημαίνων ἐμαυτὸν ἐπιδίδωμι τὸ ὑπόμνημα καὶ ἀξιῶ ταγῆναίταγῆνέ μεμαι διὰ τῶν ὑπὸ σοῦ καταχωριζο μένων βιβλίων τῆς τε λαογραφίας καὶ συνόψεως ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Ἡρῴου ἐφʼ οὗ καὶ λειτουργῶλιτουργῶ φυλακίαν πόλεως. εἰμὶ δὲ πρὸς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ιδ ἔτος ἐτῶν ιη καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν ἔθιμον Ῥωμαίοις ὅρκον μὴ ἐ ψεῦσθαι. ἔτους ιδ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Πουπλίου Λικιννίου Γαλλιηνοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Μεγίστου Περσικοῦ Μεγίστου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ, Ἐπείφ. αὐρήλιος Πολυδεύκης ἐπιδέδωκα.
