Πλατωνὶς ἡ καὶ Ὠφελία Ὡρίωνος μη τρὸς Διογενίδος ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως μετὰ κυ ρίου τοῦ ὁμογνησίου ἀδελφοῦ Πλάτωνος Ἡρᾶτι Ἀπίωνος μητρὸς Ἡραΐδος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἀνδρὸς Ἡρώδου Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ καὶ Διδύμου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. ἐπεὶ διʼ ἧς ἔθετο ὁ σοῦ μὲν κατὰ μητέρα πάππος, τοῦ δὲ μετηλλαχότος μου ἀνδρὸς Θέωνος τοῦ καὶ Ἑρμίου θέ σει πατήρ, Ἑρμίας Ἑρμοῦ μητρὸς Ἡρακλείας ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως διὰ τοῦ ἐνθάδε ἀγορανομίουἀγορανομείου τῷ Φαρ μοῦθι μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἑβδόμου καὶ εἰκοστοῦ ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου ἐπὶ σφραγίδωνσφραγείδων διαθήκης, ἐφʼ ᾗ ἀμε ταθέτῳ ἐτελεύτησενἐτελευσεν, τῇ καὶ λυθείσῃλυθίσῃ, κληρονόμους ἡμᾶς ἀμφοτέρας καταλείψας τῶν μεθʼ ἃς ποσαςπσας διέταξεν, ἠθέλησεν οὖν ἡμᾶς τοῖς ἀφήλιξι ἐμοῦ τε καὶ τοῦ προτεταγμένου μετηλλαχότος μου ἀνδρὸς υἱοῖς, τῷ μὲν μείζονι αὐτῶν Παυσίρει τῷ καὶ Ἑρμ ἐξαίρετον ερι
