Διδύμη ργου μητρὸς τος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως καὶ Ζωίλου μητρὸς Δημητρίας ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως μετὰ συνεστῶτος τοῦ ἑξαστρῴου τ ωνίου μητρὸς Σαραπιάδος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως Αὐρηλίῳ Κλαυδιανῷ τῷ καὶ Σαραπάμμωνι καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ὑποβεβηκέναι σοι ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν εἰς τὸν ἅπαντα χρόνον διὰ τῶν τοῦ ἱεροῦ ἀπου βιβλίων τοῖς μένοις τὸν παρʼ ἡμῶν κοινῶς ἐξ ἴσου κ χει υς παρὰ τῶν ν Ἀριστοδήμου καὶ Πρώτου καὶ Ἑρμαίου καὶ γῆς ἐσπαρμένης ἀρούρης ἡμίσους τετάρτου ἀβρόχου ἀρουρῶν τριῶν ἡμίσους τῶν ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ ἀρου ρῶν τεσσάρων τετάρτου ἐφʼ αἷς ἔχουσι κατʼ ἀγρὸν γειτνίαις καὶ τοποθεσίαις καὶ εἰδέαις ἐπὶ τῷ σὲ καὶ τοὺς παρὰ σοῦ ἀντιλαβέσθαι τῶν ἐξακολουθουσῶνἐξακολουθεισῶν ἐμοὶ τῇ Διδύμῃ κατὰ τοῦτης δηλουμένουδηλουμενης μου περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν κώμην τω ἐκ τοῦ προκειμένου κλήρουτης κοίτης ἐπὶ νεμεσα δη σε τὰ ἐξ αὐτῶν περιγινόμενα εἰς τὸ ἴδιον ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν χρόνου ἐκτελοῦντα καὶ βλάβαις τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος γματος καὶ παρα ων υ στεφάνου μμ ρων τ καὶ Σαραπίωνος κ λημψομένου σωματισθεισῶν αμωνος τάλαντα ωκη
