Ταβεθεῦς Κλαυδίῳ Τιβεριανῷ τῷ ἀδελφῷ πλεῖστα χαίρειν. πυθομένη ὅτι παρεγένου εἰς Ἀλεξάνδρειαν λίαν ἐχάρην μετὰ τῶν ἐμῶν πάντων, καὶ ἀντίγραψόν μοι ὅτι ἐξαυτῆς παραγείνῃ πρὸς ἡμᾶς, ὅτι ὁ υἱὸς ἐν τῷ πράγμα τι ν ἔμενέ σε ἀπόντος σου μέχρι σήμερον. καὶ τὰ ἕως ἄρτι κα θʼ ἑκάστην ἡμέραν περιμένομέν σε μετὰ τῶν παιδίων. διό σε ἐρωτῶ ἐλ θεῖν ἐξαυτῆς πρὸς ἡμᾶς· προσκυνήσομέν σε μετὰ τῶν παιδίων ἐὰν ἀνέλθῃς ἡ θυγάτηρ σου Σεγάθιος ὑπηρετεῖ με· φρόνιμός ἐστινελθιν καὶ ἱκανή. καὶ ἔπεμψε Ἰσίδωρον τὸνο υἱόνυιος σου πρὸς σὲ ἵναεἵνα σου τὰ βάλ τια ἐνέγκῃ σοι μετὰ στρατιωτῶν, ὅτι ἀκολουθεῖἀκολουθῖ ἡμῖνἡμεῖν μήπως ἔλθῃ καὶ ἄλλως καὶ σο βαρῶς ἡ πλήμυρα ἐν τῷ ποταμῷ ἐπεὶἐπὶ οὐ δύνομαιδύνομε ἐγὼ καταλεῖψαικαταλεῖψε τὴν οἰκίαν διὰ ἀσπάζεταίἀσπάζετέ σε Ἰσίδωρος καὶ Σεβάθιος, καὶ ἡμεῖς ἀσπαζόμεθα ν καὶ τὰ παιδία. ἐκόμιζον ἐπιστόλιον Κλαυδίου τοῦ υἱοῦἱοῦ, ἐξ οὗ ἐπέγνων ὅτι μοι εὐθὺς παραγενάμενός με εἰς Ἀλεξάνδρειαν μετὰ Σεγά θιος ἀποίσεις αντα τὰ ἕως ἄρτι οὔπωοὔπου εὐδόκηκας ἐλθεῖνἐλθῖν.
