τ λόγῳ τῶν Μωαγαριτῶν τοῦ Φοσσάτου τὴν ῥόγαν αὐτῶν καὶ μέχρι τοῦ νῦν οὐκ ἐφάνης πέμψας ἐκ τῶν χρυσικῶν δημοσίων τῆς διοικήσεώς σου τί ποτε ἄξιον λόγου. δεχόμενος οὖν τὰ παρόντα γράμματα εὐθέως μετὰ τὴν τούτων ἀνάγνωσιν ἀπόστειλον πρὸς ἡμᾶς εἴ τι ἤδη συνῆξας ἔκ τε τῶν χρυσικῶν δημοσίων τῆς διοικήσεώς σου καὶ ἀερικῶν καὶ λοιπῶν στίχων μὴ ὑστερῶν ἐκ τοῦ ἤδη συναχθέντος ὡς εἴρηται ποσοῦ ἕως ἑνὸς νομίσματος καὶ μόνον. ἐγράφη μηνὸς Παχὼν ε ἰνδικτίονος η
