Αὐρήλιος Θεόγνωστος ὁ καὶ Μῶρος Ἑρμαίου τοῦ καὶ Παθώτου Ἀχιλλέως Ἑρμοπολίτης ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπὶ Πόλεως Ἀπηλιώτου Αὐρηλίᾳ Διοσκοροῦτι ἀδελφῇ μου τῶν αὐτῶν γονέων μετὰ τοῦ αὐτῆς κυρίου Αὐρηλίου Πινουτίωνος τοῦ καὶ Κοπρέουχαίρειν· ὁμολογῶ ἔχειν παρὰ σοῦ ἐν παραθέσει ἀκίνδυνον παν τὸς κινδύνου καὶ ἀνυπόλογον παντὸς ὑπολόγουλόγου ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ἑξακοσίας γίνονται ἀργυρίου δραχμαὶ χ ἅσπερ ἀποκατα στήσω σοι ὁπηνίκα ἐὰν αἱρῇ ἀνυπερθέτως ἢ ἐκτεί σω κατὰ τὸν τῶν παραθηκῶν νόμον γεινομέ νης σοι τῆς πράξεως ἔκ τε ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων μοι πάντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔτους ϛ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀλεξάνδρου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ Μεσορὴ ζ. Αὐρήλιος Ἀλκιμίων ὁ καὶ Ἀγαθὸς Δαίμωνμόθος δ ἔγραψα τὸ σῶμα. Αὐρήλιος Θεόγνωστος ὁ καὶ Μῶρος Ἑρμαίου ἔχω καὶ ἀποκαταστήσω τὰς δραχμὰς ἑξακοσίας ὡς πρόκιται.
