μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Ὁνωρίου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου τὸ δ καὶ Φλαουίου Εὐτυχιανοῦ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου Ἐπεὶφ ϛ. Αὐρήλιοι Κῦρος Φιλάμμωνος ποιούμενος τὸν λόγον τῆς κουρατορίας τοῦ ἀναπαυσαμένου μου πατρὸς Φιλάμμωνος νκ. vestiges καὶ στοιχεῖν καὶ ἐμμεῖναι τοῖς ὁρισθησομένοις παρʼ αὐτῶν καὶ μὴ παραβῆναι τοῦτον τὸν ὅρον οαιν, τὸν δὲ παραβάντα αὐτὸν παρέξειν τῷ ἐμμένοντι ὑπὲρ λόγου προστίμου χρυσοῦ νο μισμάτια τρῖα καθὼς τοῦτοετπιμενιημν ἢ ἔνοχοι εἴη μεν τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ καὶ τῷ περὶ τούτου κινδύνῳ καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. Αὐρήλιος Κῦρος Φιλάμμωνος ὁ προκίμενος πείθομαιπίθομε τῷ γενησομένῳ ὅρῳ ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ἑρμῆς Ἀμμωνίου ὁ προκείμενος πείθομαι τῷ γενησομένῳ ὅρῳ ὡς πρόκειται. διʼ ἐμοῦ Σιλβανοῦ ἐγράφη.
