Φλαουίοις Ἰσιδώρῳ καὶ Θεοδώρῳ ὀφφικιαλίοις τάξεως ἡγεμονίας Θηβαίδος παρὰ Φλαυίου Πασίωνος Ἀπολλωνίου ἀπὸ δια κεφαλαιωτῶν εω πο ὁμολογῶ ὀμνὺς τὸν θεῖον καὶ σεβάσμιον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν ΟὐαλεντινιανοῦὈαλεντινιανοῦ καὶ Οὐάλεντος καὶ Γρατιανοῦ τῶν αἰωνίων βασιλέων ἐγγυᾶσθαι μονῆς καὶ ἐμφανείας Ἀσαίτιν τρόφιμον Σιλβανοῦ Δωροθέου Ἱέρακος τοῦ καὶ Εὐσεβίου φιλοσόφου ἐπὶ τῷ αὐ τὴν ἀπαίρεινἀπαντήσειν ἅμʼ ὑμῖν εἰς τὴν Ἀλεξανδρέ ων καὶ ἐκεῖσεἐκεῖσει ὑποδεῖξαι ἀποδεῖξαι εἶναι τὸν αὐτὸν Σιλβανὸν φιλόσοφον καὶ μηδὲν διεψεῦσθαι ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας Δομιτίου Μοδέστου ἐπάρχου τοῦ ἱεροῦ πραιτωρίου καὶ Φλαυίου ἈρινθέουἈρινθείου στρατηλάτου τῶν λαμπροτάτων Μεσορὴ γ. Φλάυιος Πασίων Ἀπολλωνίου ὁ προκείμενος ἐγγυ ῶμαι τὴν προκειμένην Ἀσαΐτιν καὶ ὤμοσα τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον ὡς πρόκειται.
