Φλαύιος Πανίσκος ὁ καὶ Λόγγος στρατηγὸς Ἑρμοπολείτου. τοῦ δοθέντος μοι προσαγγέλματος ὑπὸ κωμαρ χῶν κώμης Μοιρῶν εἰσδιδόντων τὸν διʼ αὐτοῦ ἐνγεγραμμένον εἰς δεσμοφυλακίαν εἱρκτῆς ἴσον δημοσίᾳ πρόκειται ἵνα πάντες εἰδῶσι καὶ ὁ ἀναδοθεὶς ἔχηται τῶν τῆς χρείας ὑγιῶς καὶ πιστῶς εἰς τὸ ἐν μη δενὶ μεμφθῆναι. ἐσημειωσάμην. ἔτους ιβ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Γαλλιηνοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Ἐπεὶφ η.
