Φλαυίῳ Πανίσκῳ τῷ καὶ Λόγγῳ στρατηγῷ Ἑρμοπολίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Παλαῦτος ου μητρὸς ς ὡς ἐτῶν μη οὐλὴ δακτύλῳ λιχανῷ δεξιᾶς χειρὸς καὶ Κολλούθου Κολλούθου μητρὸς Τεεῦτος ἀμφοτέρων κωμαρχῶν κώμης Τιμώνθεως διʼ ἐμοῦ τοῦ παρόντος Παλαῦτος. δίδομεν καὶ προσαγγέλλομεν τὸν ὑπογεγραμ μένον εἰς δεσμοφυλακίαν τῆς ἐν τῇ μη τροπόλει εἱρκτῆς ἐπὶ μῆνας ἓξ ἀπὸ α τοῦ ὄντος μηνὸς Παῦνι τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιβ ἔτους ὄντα εὔπορον καὶ ἐπιτήδειον κινδύνῳ ἡμῶν καὶ πάντων τῶν καταμενόντων ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύης ὃν καὶ ἡμεῖς ἐγγυώμεθα. ἔστι δέ· ν Πατάιος τέκτωννπαταίος Τεκιώτος ὡς ἐτῶν ν πόρον ἔχων δραχμῶν Α. διευτύχει. ἔτους ιβ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Πουπλίου Λικιννίου Γαλλιηνοῦ Γερμανικοῦ μεγίστου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ Παῦνι ϛ οἱ προκείμενοι κωμάρχαι διʼ ἐμοῦ Παλαῦτος ἐπιδεδώκαμεν.
