μωνος μητρὸς Θαισᾶτος Ἑρμοπολείτης ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου πόλεως φρουρίου ἀπηλιώτου μητρὸς ηρει ὁμολογῶ πεπρακέναι π ρονυεἥ τε ἔφοδος ἄκυρος ἔστω καὶ προσαποτείσω ἢ ὁ ὑπὲρ μου ἐπελευσόμενός σοι ἢ τοῖς παρὰ σοῦ τά τε βλάβη καὶ δαπανήματα καὶ ἐπίτιμονἐπίτειμον ὡς ἴδιον χρέος διπλῆν τὴν τι μὴν καὶ εἰς τὸ δημόσιον τὴν ἴσην καὶ μηδὲν ἧσσον ἡ πρᾶσις ἥδε κυρία ἔστω, ἥτις δισσὴ γραφεῖσα· ὁπηνίκα δὲ ἐὰν βουληθῇς, καταγράψω σοι, ἢ οἷς ἐὰν αἱρῇ ὀνόμασι, διὰ τῆς ἐν Ἑρμουπόλει δημοσίας τραπέζης, μηδὲν παρὰ σοῦ λωνλαβὼν· περὶ δὲ τοῦ ταῦτα ὀρθῶς καλῶς γεγενῆσθαι ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀλεξάνδρου vestiges κα προγεγρα τὴν ὁμολογίαν
