τηνδ ἐπιστολὴν πέμψῃ πάραυτα τῷ κύρῳ Γεωργίῳ ἐν τῇ Ἀντινόου διὰ ἑνὸς τῶν ἡμετέρων. ἐδεξάμην δὲ τὰ διὰ Στεφανακίου τοῦ ποτε παιδὸς τοῦ κύρου Θεοδώρου γραφέντα καὶ ὄντως μεγάλως ἠμέλησεν ὁ τρισκατάρατοςτρεισκατάρατος οἰκοδόμος Σενούθης. λοιπὸν ἐν ἄλλῳ τόπῳ ποιήσῃ κτισθῆναι τὸ καμίνιον τῆς κονίας καὶ παρασκευάσῃ αὐτὸν κατακέφαλα συντόμως καθαρίσαι ὅλον τὸ χώρημα ἐκεῖνο ὅπως εὕρωμεν ἐπιχωματίσαι αὐτό, ὡς προέγραψα, ἐν ταῖς προκειμέναις νηστείαις θεοῦ κελεύοντος. τὴν δὲ ὑγίειαν Θεοδοσίου γράψῃ μοι, ἐπειδὴ ἤκουσα ὡς σιαίνεται καὶ πάνυ ἐμερίμνησα. καὶ χωρὶς τοῦ συνκοπωθῆναι ἡμῖν ἐνταῦθα τὸν Ζαχαρίαν θέλω θεραπεῦσαι αὐτόν. λοιπὸν μᾶλλον καλάμους ἔχει ἕως τριῶν μικρῶν μυριάδων ἐν τῇ πεδιάδι Θύνεως. τούτους ποιήσῃ ἐκ παντὸς τρόπου μετακομισθῆναι εἰς τὸ κτῆμα αὐτοῦ. ἔγραψέν μοι δὲ ὡς δέεται καλάμων καί, ὡς ἔμαθον, ἀντʼ οὐδενός ἐστι ὁ κάλαμος αὐτόθι. λοιπὸν τὴν χρείαν ποιήσῃ καί, ἐὰν συνορᾷ, καὶ προτέλειαν ἀγοράσῃ.
