ἐπὶ ὑπάτων τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων τὸ τρίτον. Αὐρηλίῳ Σαραπίωνι συστάτῃ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυ ρυγχιτῶν πόλεως ἀμφόδου Παμμένους Παραδείσου καὶ ἄλλων, παρὰ Αὐρηλίας Τινεῦτος Λυκαρίωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πό λεως. ὁ γενόμενος ἀνὴρ τῆς θυγατρός μου Αὐρή λιος Εὐδαίμων Εὐδαίμονος μητρὸς Τααφύγχιος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως ἐριοπώλης τυγχάνων ἀνα γραφόμενος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου ΠαμμένουςΠαμένους Παραδεί σου ἔτι ἀπὸ ια τοῦ Φαῶφι μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιϛ ἔτους καὶ ιε ἔτους καὶ η ἔτους τὸν βίον μετήλλαξεν. ὅθεν ἐπιδίδωμι τήνδε τὴν ἐλάττωσινἐλάττοσιν ἀξιοῦ σα κουφισθῆναι αὐτὸν καὶ ἀναλημφθῆναι τῇ τῶν τετελευτηκότων τάξει πρὸς τὸ ἔχειν με τὸ ἀνενόχλητον περὶ τῶν ἀνηκόντων τῇ χρείᾳ τῶν ἐριοπωλῶν καὶ περὶ τοῦ ἐπικεφαλαίου καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν ἔθιμον Ῥωμαίοις ὅρκον μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι. ἔτους ιϛ καὶ ἔτους ιε τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ ἔτους η τῶν κυρίων
