Διδύμῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Θεμίστου μερίδος παρὰ Σισόιτος Κάστορος τοῦ Ἀιωνίου ἀπὸ κώμης Εὐημερίας. ὁ κατὰ μητέρα μου θεῖοςθῖος Πισάις Τούρβωνος μητρὸς Θεα νοῦτοςθεαντος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης ἐτελεύτη σεν ἔτι πάλαι. διὸ ἀξιῶ ταγῆναι αὐτοῦ τὸ ὄνομα ἐν τῇ τῶν τετελευτηκότων τάξει ὡς ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων. κωμογραμματεῖ Εὐημερίας. εἰ ταῖς ἀληθείαις ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐτελεύτησεν, τὸ ἀκόλουθον ἐπιτέλει
