Διοφάντῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Πασήμιος Φαήσεως τοῦ Φαή σεως ἀπὸ κώμης Καρανίδος. ὁ πατήρ μου Φαῆσις Φαήσεως τοῦ Φαήσεως μητρὸς Σοήρεως ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης λαογραφούμε νος ἐτελεύτησεν τῷ Ἁθὺρ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιζ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. διὸ ἀξιῶ τα γῆναι αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ τῶν τετελευ τηκότων τάξει κωμογραμματεῖ. εἰ ταῖς ἀληθείαις ἐτελεύτησεν ὁ προγεγραμμένος τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων ἀκόλουθον ἐπιτέλει ὡς πρὸς σὲ τοῦ λόγου ἐσομένου ἐάν τι παρὰ τὸ δέον γένηται ἐσημειω σάμηνἐσημιωσάμην ἔτους ιζ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου
