Ἀπολλωνίωι βασιλικῶι γραμματεῖγραματ Ἀρσινοίτου Θεμίστου μερίδος παρὰ Τεῶτος τοῦ Ἀμψάιτος τῶν ἀπὸ κώμηςκμης ΘεαδελφείαςΘεαδεφείας τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος. ὁ προγεγραμ μένος μου πατὴρ Ἀμψάεις Τεῶτος τοῦ Ἀμψάιτος μητρὸς Σοήρεως ὑπερετὴς ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης ΘεαδελφείαςΘεαδεφείας ἐτελεύτησεν τῶι ἐνεστῶτι μηνὶ Τῦβι τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος δευτέρου καὶ εἰκοσ τοῦ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. ἀξιῶ ταγῆναι αὐτοῦ τὸ ὄνομα ἐν τῇ τῶν τετελευτη κότων τάξει ὡς ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων. τῶι κωμογραμματεῖ. εἰ ταῖς ἀληθείαις ἐτελεύτησεν ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἐπιτέλει ὡς καθήκει, ὡς πρὸς σὲ τοῦ λόγου ἐσομένου ἐάν τι παρὰ τὸ δέον γένηται Ἀνουβίων γραμματεὺς σεσημείωμαι ἔτους κβ Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, Τῦβι
