BGU 4 1153 col. 1 reprinted in C.Pap.Gr. 1 3 Πρωτάρχωι παρὰ Ἀρσινόης τῆς Ἀμμωνίου ἀστῆς μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ υἱοῦ Νικο δήμου τοῦ Διονυσίου Μαρωνέως καὶ παρὰ Θερμίου τῆς Ἑρμίου μετὰ κυρίου Ἀμμωνίου τοῦ Ψάμμιδος Εὐσεβείου. συνχωρεῖ ἡ Ἀρσινόη ἀπέχειν παρὰ τῆς Θερμίου διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου ἃς ἐδάνεισεν αὐτῇ κατὰ συνχώρησιν διὰ τοῦ καταλογείου τῶι ιε ἔτει Καίσαρος Θῶθ ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς τριακοσίας , καὶ εἶναι ἄκυρον τὴν τοῦ δανείου συνχώρησιν σὺν τῇ πρὸς ταύτῃ σημαινομένῃδιὰ τῆς αὐτῆς συγχωρήσεως σημαινομένῃ παραμονῇ τοῦ υἱοῦ αὐτῆς Πάρωνος, καὶ μηδεμίαν τῇ Ἀρσινόῃ μηδʼ ἄλλῳ ὑπὲρ αὐτῆς καταλείπεσθαι ἔφοδον ἐπὶ τὴν Θέρμιον μήτε περὶ τῶν αὐτῶν μη δὲ περὶ ἄλλου μηδενὸς ἁπλῶς ἐγγράπτου ἢ ἀγράφου τῶν ἕως τῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡμέρας καὶ ἐνέχεσθαι τὸν ταῦτα παραβαίνοντα τοῖς τε βλάβεσι καὶ τῷ ὡρισμένῳ προστίμῳ χωρὶς τοῦ κύρια εἶναι τὰ συγκεχωρημένασχ. ἀξιοῦμεν. ἔτους ιϛ Καίσαρος Παχὼν κα
