νδ μεταδοὺς τῇ συνηγορουμένῃ λόγον αὐτὸν ἀξιοῦμεν δοῦναι. Διόσκορος ῥήτωρ ἀπεκρίνατοἀπεκρείνατο· ὁ Πνεφερῶς τετελεύτηκεν πρὸ δω δεκαετίας καὶ τῶν αὐτοῦ ἀντελάβοντο πάντες οἱ υἱοὶ κατὰ τὰ προσήκοντα μέρη· οὐ γὰρ μόνος ἐστὶν ὁ ἡμέτερος, ἀλλὰ καὶ ἕτεροι, νῦν ἐν στρατείᾳ ὄντες, κατὰμετα διαθή κην, ἣν ἀπέλιπενἀπέλειπεν ἐκεῖνοςἐκεῖνοσ. ἡ γὰρ ἀντίδικος ἐπισταμέ νη ὡς προοικισθ καὶ ὡς παροικισθῇ καὶ οὐδεμία μετουσία ἐστὶν αὐτῇ τῶν ἐκείνου ἡσυχίαν ἤγαγενη τῶν ἐκείνων χι ἀνήγαγεν . Δίδυμος πρεσβύτεροςὁ δεύτερος ῥήτωρ εἶπεν· παραπλαστός ἐστιν ἡ δια θήκη ουδε να κατὰ ἀποφέρονταιαποφερων ντος αὐτὴν ἐσφραγισμένην οὐδέπω λυθείσης πῶς δύνηταιδυνωται τα τὰ ἐνγεγραμμένα αν παρανόμου οὔσης αὐτῆς. Διόσκορος· κατήχθησαν τὰ γεγραμ μένα. Πτολεμαῖος Σαραπίωνος τῶν γεγυμνασιαρχη κότων τῆς Ἀρσινοειτῶν πόλεως ὁ κριτὴς σκεψά μενος ὑπηγόρευσεν ἀπόφασιν, ἣ καὶ ἀνεγνώσθη, κατὰ λέξιν οὕτως ἔχουσα· χειρογραφήσει ἀμφότερα τὰ μέρημέραταμεῖα ἐν ἡμέραις τριάκοντα γενέσθαι ἐπὶ τοῦ στρα τηγοῦ, ὅπως λυθῇ ἡ διαθήκη καὶ γνωσθῶσι οἱ κλη ρονόμοι. ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἐν ταύταις ἡ λύσις γένηται τὰ γενήματα ἐν μεσεγγυήματιμεσυγγυήματι ἔσται. ἐξῆλθεν Ἀπολλώ νιος ὁ ἡγεμονικὸς ὑπηρέτης. ὑπογραφή· ἀνέγνων.Connections
