τοῖς μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Θεοδωρίχου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου, Χοιὰκ η, θ ἰνδικτίονος. Αὐρηλίᾳ Εὐχαριστίᾳ Ἑρμογένους τῇ εὐγενεστάτῃ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Βάνου Ἰωάννου μητρὸς Θεοδώρας, γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ κώμης Θύνεως τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρά σου πρὸς μόνον ἐνιαυτὸν ἕνα καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς δεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος τὸ ὑπάρχον σοι τρίτον μέρος ἀρουρῶν δύο διακειμένων ἐν τῇ ἡμιόδῳ ἐν πεδιάδι τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης· γείτονες τῶν αὐτῶν δύο ἀρουρῶν νότου δημοσία ὁδός, βορρᾶ γῄδια Πιαρίου Βηκίου, ἀπηλιώτου γῄδια Ἰωάννου ς, λιβὸς γῄδια τῶν κληρονόμων τοῦ ἰατροῦ, εἰς σπορὰν καρπῶν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῶμαι, φόρου τοῦ αὐτοῦ τρίτου μέρους κατʼ ἔτος χρυσοῦ κερατίων δώδεκα τετάρτου , ὅνπερ χρυσικὸν φόρον ἀποδώσω σοισου τῷ Φαῶφι μηνὶ κατʼ ἔτος ἀνυπερθέτως· ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Βᾶνος Ἰωάννου ε τῇ μισθώσει ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Φοιβάμμων γένους ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος Αὐρήλιος Ἰωάννης Παλλαδίου ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσειμισθώσι ἀκού σας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου. Αὐρήλιος Βίκτωρ Κολλούθου ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ μισθώσειμισθώσι ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου. διʼ ἐμοῦ Φοιβάμμωνος ἐγράφη. μίσθωσις Βάνου Ἰωάννου γεωργοῦ ἀπὸ Θύνεως τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου.Connections
