χμγ μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Τροκόνδη τοῦ λαμπροτάτου καὶ τοῦ δηλωθησομένου, ἐπαγομένων δ, ζ ἰνδικτίονος. Αὐρηλίοις ΣαραποδώρῳΣαραποδώρου καὶ Εὐχαριστείᾳ τοῖς θαυμασιωτάτοις ὁμογνησίοις ἀδελφοῖς ἐκ τῶν αὐτῶν γονέων ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν υἱοῖς τοῦ τῆς ἀρίστης μνήμης Ἑρμογένους παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ὥρου Βηκίου μητρὸς Χίας ἀπὸ ἐποικίουἐποικείου λεγομένου Λεβουσὼ πεδίων κώμης Ἐνσεῦ τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ, ἀμπελουργοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν πρὸς μόνον ἐνιαυτὸν ἕνα καρπῶν τῆς εὐτυχοῦς εἰσιούσης ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονος τὸ ὑπάρχον ὑμῖν καὶ περιελθὸν εἰς ὑμᾶς ἀπὸ ἐγγράφου διαιρέσεως γενομένης κοινωνικὸν μέρος χωρίου ἀμπελικοῦ φου εεκς μίσθωσις Ὥρου Βηκίου ἀπὸ ἐποικίουἐποικείου λεγομένου Λεβουσὼ τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου.
