ἐπὶ ὑπάτων τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων τὸ ε· Αὐρηλίῳ ΣεύθῃΣεύθι τῷ καὶ Ὡρίωνι λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἱέρακος Ἀσκληπιάδου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐ τῆς πόλεως. ὅσωνὅσα παρανόμως τετόλμηνται κατὰ τῆς ἡμετέρας συμβίου, Σαραπιάδος τὸ ὄνοματοὔνομα, ὑπὸ Ψόϊτος καὶ Τίρωνος γαμβροῦ αὐτοῦ καὶ τῶν τούτων γυναικῶν καὶ υἱῶν ἤδη πάντων τὴν διήγησιν πεποίημαι διʼ οὗ προὔθηκα δημοσίᾳ μαρτυροποιήματος. ἐπεὶἐπὶ οὖν ἡ ἐνγεγραμμένη μου σύμβιος ᾐκίσθηἠκιθαι ταῖςτῶν πληγαῖςπληγῶν καὶ ἔπληξαν κατὰ τοῦ βραχίονοςβραχείονος, ἀναγ καίως ἐπιδίδωμι τάδε τὰ βιβλία, ἀξιῶν διʼ ἑνὸς τῶν περὶ σὲ ὑπηρετῶν ἐπισταλῆναι δημόσιον ἰα τρὸν τὸν ἐποψόμενον ἅμα τῷ αὐτῷ ὑπηρέτῃ τὴν τῆς συμβίου διάθεσιν καὶ ἐνγράφως σοι προσ φωνῆσαιπροσφωνοῦντας καὶ αὐτὰ ταῦτα εἶναι ἐν τῇ τάξει μαρτυ ρίαςμαρτυρείας καὶ ἀσφαλείας τῆς ἡμετέρας ἕνεκεν πρὸς τὸ τη ρηθῆναί μοι τὸν λόγον περὶ τῆς ἐκδικίαςἐκδικείας παρὰ τῷ μεγέθει τῆς ἡγεμονίας. ἔτους κα καὶ ιγ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων, Παῦνι κη· Αὐρήλιος Ἱέραξ Ἀσκληπιάδου ἐπιδέδωκα. Αὐρήλιος Ὡρίων ὑπηρέτης λογιστοῦ ἐπήνεγκαἐπήνεγ᾽κα. ἔτους κα καὶ ιγ Παῦνι κη’.
