ὑπατείᾳ τοῦ δεσπότου ἡμῶν Φλαουίου Ἰουστίνου τοῦ αἰωνίου Αὐγούστου τὸ α Παῦνι κ ἰνδικτίονος ιβ. Αὐρήλιος Ἰσὰκ υἱὸς Φοιβάμμωνος μητρὸς Εἰρήνης καταμένωνκατεμενων ἐνταῦθα τῇ λαμπρᾷ Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλει ἐργοδιώκτηςὀρκοδιόκτηςογκοδιοκτης ἐποικίων Νεοφύτου καὶ Ἀνουσίας Αὐρηλίῳ Μηνᾷ υἱῷ ἀπὸ τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως προνοητῇ τῶν εἰρημένων κτημάτων χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ εἰληφέναι παρὰ σοῦ καὶ πεπληρῶσθαι τοὺς μισθοὺς τοὺς ἡμετέρους ὑπὲρ ἧς ποιοῦμαι χρείας τοῦ ἐργοδιώκτουἐργοδιόκτου εἰς τα δύο νομισμάτια καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς παρούσης δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος τουτέστιν χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια δύο γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια β καὶ πρὸς ἀπόδειξιν τῆς γεναμένης εἰς ἐμὲ παρὰκαρα σοῦ καταβολῆς τῶν αὐτῶν δύο νομισμάτων τῶν ἐμῶν μισθῶν τῆς αὐτῆς δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος ταύτην πεποίημαιεποιημαι τὴν ἀποχήν, ἥτις κυρία οὖσα ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Αὐρήλιος Ἰσὰκ υἱὸς Φοιβάμμωνος ὁ προγεγραμμένος ἔσχον καὶ ἐπληρώθην τοὺς ἡμετέρους μισθοὺςμισθωυς τῶν δύο νομισμάτων τῆς δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος καὶ συμφωνεῖσυμφωνῖ μοι πάντα ὡς πρόκειται.
