ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Λικινίου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῷ τῷ καὶ Γερον τίῳ διοικοῦντι λογιστείαν Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ τοῦ κοινοῦ τῶν στιπποχειρι στῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διʼ ἡμῶν Αὐρηλίων Ὡρίωνος Εὐδαίμονος καὶ Ἑρμεία Ὡρίωνος καὶ καὶ Ἀλεξάν δρου Ἀντωνίου καὶ Χαιρήμονος μονος μηνιαρχῶν. ἀκολούθως τοῖς κελευσθεῖσιν ἰδίῳ τιμήματι προσ φωνοῦμεν τὴν ἑξῆς ἐνγεγραμμέ νην τιμὴν ὧν χειρίζομενχιρίζομεν ὠνίων καὶ ὀμνύομεν τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον μηδὲν διεψεῦσθαι. ἔστι δέ· στιππίου κεχειρισμένουκεχιρισμένου τοῦ μὲν τρυφεροῦ λίτρας α δηνάρια υν. τοῦ δὲ κοινοῦ λίτρας α δηνάρια ρξβ. ὑποδεεστέρων χωρικῶν λίτρας α δηνάρια ρ. ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης, Φαμενὼθ λ. Αὐρήλιοι Ὡρίων καὶ Χαιρήμων καὶ Ἑρμίας καὶ Ἀλέ ξανδρος διʼ ἐμοῦ τοῦ προκειμένου Ὡρίωνος ἐπιδε δώκαμεν προσφωνοῦντες ὡς πρόκειται.
