ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Λικινίου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῶ τῷ καὶ Γεροντίῳ λογιστῇ διὰ Ἑρμίνου διαδεχομένου στρατηγίαν Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Ὡρίωνος Ἀλεξάνδρου ἀπὸ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως καὶ Ἀμμωνᾶ Παὸλ ἀπὸ κώ μης ΔωσιθέουΔωσειθέου η πάγου. ὁμολο γοῦμενομολογουμεν ομολ ὀμνύντες τὸν σεβάσμιον θεῖονθῖον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Αὐτοκρατόρων καὶ Καισάρων παρειλη φέναιπαριληφέναι Κυμον ἐγγυητὴν Χαρι νης δούλης Πλουτίωνος ἐπὶ τῷ ἡμᾶς τὴν τούτουαυτου τήρησιντήρησειν καὶ παραφυλα κὴν ποιήσασθαι νύκτωρ τεδε καὶ μεθʼ ἡμέ ρας ἄχρις ἂν αὐτὸν παραστήσωμεν τῇ τάξειτάξι τοῦ διασημοτάτου ἡγεμόνος Οὐαλερίου Ζίπερος καὶ τῆς παραστάσεως γράμματα ἐποίσειν εἰς τὸ ἐν μηδενὶ μεμφθῆναι ἢ ἔνοχοι εἴημεν τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ. ὑπατείαςὑπατίας τῆς αὐτῆς, Φαμενὼθ κη. Αὐρήλιοι Ὡρίων καὶ Ἀμμωνᾶς παρειλήφαμεν τὸ πρόσωπον καὶ παραστήσομεν ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ὡρίων ἔγραψαἐγρα ὑπὲρ τοῦ ἄλλου γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος.
