ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ε καὶ Λικινίου Καίσαρος τὸ α. Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῷ τῷ καὶ Γεροντίῳ διοικοῦντι λογιστείαν Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ τοῦ κοινοῦ τῶν σταγματο πωλῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶςοαμ Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διʼ ἐμοῦ Αὐρηλίου Ἀμμωνίου Τρύ φωνος. ἀκολούθως τοῖς κελευ σθεῖσιν ἰδίῳ τιμήματι προσ φωνῶ τὴν ἑξῆς ἐνγεγραμμέ νην τιμὴν ὧν χειρίζωχιρίζω ὠνί ων καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον μηδὲν διεψεῦσθαι. ἔστι δέ· στάγματος τὸ κνίδιον α δηνάρια φ ὑπατείας τῆς προκειμένης, Φαμε νὼθ λ. Αὐρήλιος Ἀμμώνιος ἐπιδέ δωκα προσφωνῶν ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Ὡρίων ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος.
